Negative experience: That there company is terrible. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Poor communication, frequent delays with issues involving the house. Google makes me leave a 1 star review out of 5 but it truly should be a 0-10

Negative experience: At first everything was good. Then when I told them I was moving out because I bought a house mark said “why didn’t they call me I would have told them you couldn’t afford it”. After 8 year of living there the carpet seams started to separate and they never replaced it. They charged me for all kinds of stuff during their final walk through that was already missing or damaged that they already knew about and was supposed to fix but never did.

Negative experience: They are rude, unprofessional, and they say they have studio apartments but they are old rundown motel rooms that nobody wants not apartments they give you false information.

Negative experience: I had a wonderful landlord. Mr. Chaney. I loved having him as a landlord, but when he switched to this company I hated it. They fixed nothing. Were rude all the time.... trashy office and trashy staff. BTW... I was a great tenant, I left the house in better condition then when I got it. They are just the worst.

Negative experience: The owners daughter was very nice, so was the other receptionist, but the lady that does the background checks was extremely rude.

Fantastic experience: Super great management company, understanding easy to work with, very clean kept and nice properties to choose from. There rates are well adjusted, maintenance is never or rarely ever needed and always on time clean, perfonal, trustworthy. Nothing but the best from TDM. HAPPY NEW YEAR'S TDM

Negative experience: Slum lords. They may work with you at first to get that money, but that's where it ends. No care for the properties they rent, or the tenants living there. Have been in their office hearing them talk so low of the people they rent to, office women are catty and think they are better then everyone. The house next door literally burned down, they didn't check on us or even care that we could have died and didn't care about the damage done to the house we rented. The repairs they do, if they feel fit to acknowledge, are ducktape and below sub par. Crooks.

Negative experience: We'll my floor frezzes in the winter during the summer my carpet stays wet and I have to beat my wall for my porch light to come on. Was told by mark he don't do basements to get a dehumidifier well I pay rent for nothing cause I can't live in the house kids stayed sick and now I don't care on being on time with rent when I can't even live there.

Negative experience: Horrible slum Lord, they had lead in the house on Reynolds st, my son got lead poison the city of Flint condemned the house, remove use from the property, and TDM charge me 1500$ and put it on my credit, they are horrible people stay away.

I couldnt ask for anything better, the staff in the office are so friendly and anytime something went wrong wtih the house I would just give them a call and they were out a few hours later 1 to 10 I would give them 1000. They work with ya
