Fantastic experience: My husband and I just purchased a home with the help of a TV fantastic Real Estate Agent we have ever known, Debera Guenther!!! She went up and beyond our expectations!!! She was very knowledgeable in all aspects, highly efficient and to top that she is an outgoing and tremendously friendly individual!!! The purchase could not of been easier for us and she coached us through it all!!! If you are in the market of buying a home, we highly recommend that you chose her as it was the best choice we have ever made!!! We not only had her as our realtor, she has truly become our friend!!!

Negative experience: Darren does not follow-through with his word. Told me he would mail some important documents back to me and that was 3 months ago, no documents were ever sent. Seems shady as he would never return my calls.

Fantastic experience: Darren and his team were great! After searching for almost 2 years for a new home with no luck, we fired our agent and enrolled Darren and his team to help us. Not only did he find our forever home with all of our picky must-haves, but he got us into it BEFORE it hit the market!!!
