Negative experience: I called Christina Cain to write an purchase agreement on a home, I wanted to buy. She told me she was going to church and would call me back. She never did. I left her several messages called her. I called another realty and that lady called her. She said she has lots of offers and don't have time to write mine. So the lady asked if she could. Well I never got the house and feel she did not even explain my offer. She had her mind made up. I would of paid anything to get the house. I was talking to my son and he said that is the real estate he lost his home also. The lady would not call him back and another offer was made. Not professional and I believe it is against the law to refuse to write an offer. This is Berkshire and Hathaway in Grand Blanc on Perry rd. Fantastic experience: Miguel was AMAZING throughout our whole process! I'm new to MI and didn't have any recommendations for agents, but he ended up on our radar and I'm so glad he did! Miguel made me and my partner feel like his only clients, he was always available when we needed him and is very knowledgeable/experienced so he was able to answer any question we threw at him. He is also super patient as it took a while for our house to close, and he was both positive yet realistic about the process. On top of that, he's just fun to work with! Miguel is a very real down-to-earth personable agent and his presence made us feel right at home when working with him. Very strongly recommend Miguel as your agent!

Negative experience: Be very careful with this realestate co. Hopefully they don't destroy your kitchen floor like Jeremy Hoover did mine then lie about it. Now we are screwed .

Fantastic experience: I met Coti a little over a week ago and feel like I've known her forever. I enjoyed her passion for her career and knew I was in good hands from the start. She listed my home on a Friday and sold it by Monday. On Tuesday she spent and ENTIRE DAY with my mom, babies and sick son touring homes in the grand blanc area. She was patient, kind, held the baby when I needed a free hand and even hugged me goodbye at the end of our day together. She was focused and confident she would find us the perfect home even when I was not. She eased my anxiety over selling a home, buying a home and relocating on a budget and time crunch AND she did it with grace. I would recomend her to anyone buying and/or selling a home anywhere.

Negative experience: If something goes wrong and you refer it to Bruce Krol the broker you can expect to be ignored by him. Very disappointing.

Negative experience: VERY unhappy when I come home from work and find one of your realtors walking through my yard "checking out" my home and property, which is NOT for sale by the way. She says she thought my home was for sale or a foreclosure. There are no signs in the yard, there was a truck in my driveway, kids toys in the back yard, curtains in the windows etc. The only thing I can say is my yard hadn't been mowed in 2 weeks due to rain and work schedules. She was insistent that she thought our home was empty even after I told her it wasn't. Doesn't your company have websites you can use to see if a home is for sale??? Maybe you should talk to your employees about trespassing. Completely unacceptable!
