Experiencia fantástica: Call it serendipity: a man (my age) appeared at a friend's garage sale. We chatted and he shared that he was a realtor in the area. When the time came to get serious about selling my home, I called Team Edelstein and that's how I met the man's son, Henry. When the time was right, he found me a wonderful place, I now call home, off market, in a highly competitive area in Highland Park. When we were closing he helped me secure a new roof for the house and the 900 square foot garage, a new AC unit, removal of an old gas tank, updating attic rafters, and more - all through the seller’s expense. He didn’t stop after the sale, like most agents do.
