Experiencia fantástica: I honestly cannot say enough good things about our experience with Shawn Hartmann and team. We've been clients for over 10 years. When we lived in St. Paul, he helped us buy our first single-family home, sell that home years later when we relocated out-of-state, and now most recently selling our Grand Ave condo. Being an out-of-state seller, I was pretty nervous about how we’d pull it off from so far away, but Shawn Hartmann and the whole team completely took the stress out of it. Communication was awesome. They were always around to answer questions and kept us posted every step of the way. Since we couldn’t be there to do it ourselves, they totally took the wheel on getting the place ready to go. They lined up everything- a solid deep clean, fresh paint, brand-new flooring, and handled all those little minor repairs perfectly. The marketing was phenomenal, too. The “Coming Soon” campaign they did got a ton of eyes on the place before it even officially hit the MLS. Thanks to all that buzz, we ended up getting a full-price offer in just a few days. That’s huge, especially seeing how a lot of other condos around there have just been sitting on the market. We are just super happy with how it went from start to finish. Before listing, I met with several realtors. Shawn was by and far the most knowledgeable about the nuances of St. Paul neighborhoods and market timing and pricing. I had an out of state move planned with a tight timeline. Shawn and his team (both in house and contractors he’d vetted) made it possible for me to have my house staged, listed, and under contract for asking within 2 weeks. Deborah especially was a tremendous help and kept me sane during a stressful life transition. My only regret is that I moved out of state and won’t be able to use the Hartmann Team for my next home purchase. We worked with the amazing Anna , who then showed us the home within the hour on the last showing on the last day of offers. She immediately put our offer together in front of us within minutes, and was able to get all our paperwork together and our offer submitted, all within an hour of our seeing the property. She may have been nervous in the whirlwind of those few hours, but we felt in very good and capable hands as she submitted our offer. She communicated extremely well in the follow up.

From then onwards the experience with Shawn's team was wonderful. They were punctual, considerate, great listeners.
