Experiencia negativa: Very unprofessional! I inquired about a property, completed the Zillow application and went to see the property. I was asked to complete an application on their website which I paid 20 for, to be told that I needed to complete another application which I did. I submitted my documents and when I followed up my call was not able to reach them. I called from my other phone and the call went through. The person that I had been speaking with for almost two weeks had blocked me. When I asked what happened he told me that the management wanted a years worth of income! Very unprofessional!

(And don't call me or have anyone from your office call me at all) . Don't stress my mom please . The nerve of you guys Very bad experience we felt she represented the other client more then us which we were her client first, it was about the money and nothing else. Why five star review I don't know why, I understand experiences are different but this was recent and very bad plus was a no show no proper guidance everything was rushed and brushed off . We are not making any of this up I'm sure Valarie is a fine realtor but a few mistakes can slip through the cracks (that are costly which she takes "no responsibility of " ) to the best realtors. Only giving my honest opinion. Good luck buyers and sellers.

Experiencia negativa: Have only dealt with Daniel Damico. Appeared to be honest and a nice guy. At the end, only wanted to make a sale. Used him as a buyers broker. Did not sign proper documentation, misrepresented bids, did not inform me of a gas moratorium in Yonkers and collected his royalty at closing. In a all fairness, did not have interaction with the real estate group. Sales is tough and your integrity and reputation is all you have especially in this type of business. This should not happen to anyone else.
