Experiencia negativa: Bashar Jani put up a home for sale that originally sold as 3 bedroom home and he posted the same home as a 4 bedroom home, saying the den/office is the 4th bedroom. The bedroom has no closet and in the MJC builder blueprints, it shows as a library. He posted it this way so he could post the home for more money. The home has been sitting for 8 months and he wonders why. What a joke!
