Experiencia negativa: If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! RUN, do not walk, away from this company. The broker/ manager- AMBER BROWN, does not care AT ALL about clientele. This company also has several ongoing lawsuits (“allegedly.”) If you care at all about GOOD realtors, with great customer service, and having an agent who actually CARES about the benefit of their client versus themselves, go find a different company. Our agent, NICOLE SULLIVAN, sold us a home that was completely UNLIVABLE! We were buying from across state, so we really depended on her to be our “eyes” so to speak, because she was the one who had physical boots on the ground. Although this home appeared to be nice via Zoom, we were incredibly misled. Not only that, but our agent never even returned to the property for us, before closing to ENSURE the property was left in the condition agreed upon via contract- there was no “final walk through.” And at this point, I expected nothing less from this company, that once we raised our issues and mentioned a lawsuit, they no longer worked for our benefit or to help us figure this out, but only began to protect themselves AND the Seller! CRAZY!! Shame on the Sellers who lied, and willfully AND knowingly sold a home FILLED top to bottom with BLACK MOLD, and had a death in the home as well. Unfortunately, there are really crappy people in the world who will lie and deceive, and we fell on the short end of it. It has, and will be a long battle for justice. But I do believe in justice- whether that be now, or later. Everyone eventually reaps what they sow…

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I are out of state investors, and we worked with MIKAYLA ALRED on the purchase of a single-family home in Woodway Texas, which we closed on July 28, 2021. During our due diligence of the area, we leveraged on resources such as Zillow, Niche, Rentometer, and Google Earth/Map, just to name a few. However, the most important and determining factor for us was our Realtor Mikayla Alred. We weighed our decision heavily on the insights and Mikayla’s knowledge of on the area, as she was our eyes and ears during the acquisition process. Mikayla was a joy to worked with, she always returns our phone calls/texts and addressed the underlined questions and concerns that we had. Here's an example that I remembered: we are in CA, and I set up a group text with my wife and Mikayla, we would have random texts related to the area, rentability, etc... throughout the day. There would be multiple texts coming from myself and my wife would have her own texts with questions. Mikayla was able to systematically respond to our texts and addressed each text's questions in timely manner. I found this to be a very valuable skillset from a Realtor – answer all of our questions, no matter how trivial such questions can be. We also texted and called her in the early evening when we would get off work in CA (PST time zone, 2 hours earlier than Texas), Mikayla was able to address those questions as well in a timely and cheerful manner. We closed on the home and thru the contacts that were recommended by Mikayla, we were able to book a handyman for make readies work and got the house leased up BEFORE we start paying for loan mortgage. I would recommend prospective buyers and investors to work with Mikayla Alred if you value timely communication, knowledge on the areas (i.e., Waco, Woodway, Hewitt, just to name a few), and service with a cheerful attitude. I also forgot to mention that after we closed, we purchased supplies through Amazon to be delivered to the house. While we couldn’t be there on time, we asked Mikayla for help. She came over to the house and picked up all the Amazon deliveries (there were many: fans, light fixtures, tables…) and stored them in a safe place for us. Mikayla also help with the returns of Amazon products which we didn’t need. She didn’t have to do this but she did anyway. This was very appreciative by my wife and me.
