Neither of those two yielded any meaningful results. After we hired Stephanie, the first thing she did was take the house off market temporarily, stage the house, get it cleaned up and take excellent photos. This created more demand and when the listing became active again, we had an offer on the third day of reactivating. Stephanie is a really positive, diligent and honest person to work with. We were comfortable in our home, and this was really to find that perfect house on a lake we had always dreamed of. I should also say that, while I love my husband dearly, shopping with him can be a process. Our styles are quite different. He likes to gather lots of data and process things slowly. She often encouraged us to see properties we knew probably wouldn't work out to help us better hone our sense of what we wanted. We looked at several that sparked great conversations and were real contenders that would have never crossed our path. The house we ended up getting was one that she had been keeping her eye on. It was a little beyond our budget, but it fit most of parameters very well. With Stephanie's encouragement and knowledge of the market, we made an offer that was accepted. When it came time to get our house ready to sell, she made the entire process as painless and possible. Stephanie had a wonderful stager come in and give us some guidance on how to arrange the house. She provided a cleaner who came in and deep cleaned our house. The photographer did a wonderful job capturing the warmth of the house. We had one open house the day after we came on the market, and our house sold by that evening. Stephanie works hard to make sure that everything in this process feels as easy as it can. At no point did it feel like we were wasting her time. Despite being incredibly busy, it always felt like we were here only clients. As first-time buyers, we didn't really know what to be looking for on tours, and she was extremely knowledgeable about all of the homes, helping point out all the important things to be looking at during walk-throughs. She was very easy to communicate with, either through text & email, and accommodating to our busy schedules - most of our showings were scheduled for Sundays, or after regular work hours. Another bonus is that she is very resourceful, and has a great list of contacts to refer you to if needed. We were able to close on our home quickly & with ease - we will definitely keep in touch!

The property went live on a Thursday with best and final being called on a Saturday evening. She was recommended to me by my MA realtor and jumped right in to the fray when we suddenly went from looking at local houses to needing to relocate halfway across the country. She was ready to go as soon as we had a solid deadline to work with, and did her due diligence to get to know us and what we were looking for- and nailed it. As nontraditional homeowners, Stephanie had our backs, and went above and beyond to make sure that we were prepared for success. Stephanie supported all of my concerns and made me feel confident in my decisions, and I affectionately began referring to her as my house therapist for as many times as I called her to talk things out- in this she was super patient and also an active listener, paying attention to my concerns and addressing them all.
