Whereas we are residents of Florida, Mark addressed that we should perhaps get our home ready to list in early April, so that we can get a jump on the market (great advice). Also, Mark suggested that we needed to consider decluttering and perhaps change up some of our paint colors to more of a neutral color, in which we agreed.
