If you would like to know why you should trust Hirschi with such a life-changing decision, then by all means, please continue reading. You see, Hirschi was not our first choice. We initially went with the real estate agent who sold us the house. We trusted him and relied on him to navigate us through the selling of our house when my wife decided to join the military. We were originally recommended by friends and failed to do our due diligence. We had rapport with our agent and felt good about using him. As first time home buyers we had no idea what to expect, so when things didn't happen, we had no clue what we were missing out on until our home sold and we saw firsthand what good agents look like. Long story short, our house sat on the market for over a month with one viewing and one offer near the end that we were not able to come to terms on. This was due to a lack of clear communication from our agent and a failure to negotiate properly. Do not be fooled, the days of putting a sign in the front yard and posting on MLS and expecting a sale are over. Out of frustration, we again turned to friends and quickly procured a short list of agents that we wanted to represent us. Our old agent kindly agreed to withdraw and release our listing (yes you are able to switch agents if all parties agree), and we started talking with Hirschi. We immediately saw a difference and the comparison was night and day. Hirschi came in swinging with an actual plan to sell the house. Professional photos and videos, heavy advertising across multiple platforms, including scheduling open houses, were just a part of our first meeting strategy. They were not only transparent about everything, but explained away all of my worries and concerns. I finally understood why agents received such a large commission and believe me I was happy to pay it! The photographer made our house look amazing and the traffic across social media that first night exceeded what our prior listing accomplished in a month. We immediately started receiving requests for showings while our open house loomed in the near future. This was actually fun, and we were excited about selling again. This is what we thought selling a home should be like. Every day working alongside Hirschi was another day our prior frustrations and disappointments were becoming a thing of the past. Before we knew it we had negotiated an offer. Hirschi still urged us to hold our current showings as well as our open house. They were committed to protecting us on all fronts and going above and beyond to ensure our interests in the property were properly represented. They never let their guard down and anticipated our needs and our questions before we had them so that their responses were readily prepared and never reactive off-the-cuff responses. Even after the initial negotiations, Hirschi kept their eye on the prize by being proactive and showing just enough of their hand to let the buyer know that we (the seller) still had options. If you are looking for a realtor to be part of your team and that cares about selling your home as much as you do then I would strongly urge you to give them a call. But please do not just take my word for it. Any of their agents would be more than happy to sit with you and explain why Hirschi is above the rest! My only regret with Hirschi is that they will not be in the next town that we buy property in!!!

We happened to stumble upon tanya with an internet search and I can honestly say that if we didnt choose her to he our realtor, we would not he moving into a perfect house for our family. Experiencia positiva: We drove 600 miles to look at a business property just outside Wichita Falls. We had an excellent realtor with Hirschi realtors, unfortunately she became quite ill. We were told to go to the business and the owners would show us around and answer our questions. Unfortunately a deal had been made prior to our appointment, and according to our realtor the firm wrote up the deal as demanded by the seller, and didn't inform our agent that one had been made in stone. The seller talked to us as if the place was still available knowing full well they weren't going to look at any other offer! Wasting our time and money! The fact they sold the property was not the issue, but the fact that they lacked all professional courtesy by not informing us ahead of time speaks volumes! We feel sorry for the firm and our realtor but it could have been handled much more professionally... To say this was total bush league, would be an understatement.

Experiencia negativa: Employees are nice and present themselves well. Unfortunately, I also had a bad experience with Alicia and Danny. I was not happy with their service and asked to be released (in accordance with our contract) to get a different realtor, but they refused to release me from the MLS, enslaving me to their company.

Experiencia negativa: Poor management! Broker approved listing only to find an error on closing for a buyer to back out. Had to move on to a different realtor due to absolute ignorance on the behalf of Eric and Alicia. Beware!!! Go to a realtor that actually knows what they are doing and stand behind their agreements. Lee backed out on an upgrade for a buyer and then wouldn't return calls. In fact, Alicia would not either, they are very unprofessional and I am having to go through legal action now to have them honor their signed documents and text messages. BEWARE !!!
