My fiancé and I just closed on our first home about a week ago, and we could never have done it without Veronica. Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I got in contact with Vanessa when we were moving from Northern California to Wichita Falls. She went right to work for us by finding some homes in our price range, recording video tours of homes, and then helping us submit an offer on a home we liked. We closed on a home we loved within a few weeks. Vanessa helped negotiate many details with the seller, stayed in close touch with our lender, and kept us informed at every stage of the process. Vanessa is friendly and efficient. We were super happy to work with her!

Experiencia fantástica: Marc McCown, new part owner at Century 21, is the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. Quick and efficient without being pushy, he was completely on the ball with helping us sell our house and buy our new home. So, so glad we went to Marc!!

Experiencia negativa: The absolute WORST property management in Wichita Falls. I’ve been yelled at over the phone; when I called and said “hey a pipe burst”, Katy Hein (property manager) literally yelled and then told herself to calm down. I had a flooded garage for a week with nothing being fixed and went TWO WEEKS without water because she still didn’t have anyone come fix it. Nothing was reimbursed, no “I’m sorry”, nothing. NEVER sign a contract with Century 21 or Katy Hein because you will be screwed out of a ton of money while being insulted at the same time. See her response below? Professionalism is key here.

Experiencia negativa: Would not recommend this company at all. Unfortunately as a tenant I can't afford to move,but case said I have put in a number of request forms for repairs and still nothing has been fixed like the hole in the outside wall, the rotten floor in the kitchen,hallway and bathroom which has sunk about 1 1/2" worst part in the middle of it all sits my gas hot water heater. No insulation in walls or attic so power bill is outrageously high during the summer. So as a tenant take my advice do not use centry 21 as a property management company.

Experiencia negativa: We gave Katie and Century 21 a month notice before we were going to move to Wichita Falls from the Dallas area. The house we were shown needed the lawn mowed badly, some fence repairs, general cleaning (such as a dirty microwave) and she promised to have the property re-keyed. After a months time we arrived in Wichita Falls only to find NOTHING had been done. When we notified Century 21 we were made to feel like the 'bad guys' for complaining. We signed a 1 year lease. After that lease was up, and for 3 years after that we never heard a word about a renewal or anything at all. They finally contacted us to let us know the rent was going to be raised and misquoted us what it was actually going to be. Now that we are moving, which apparently they also got the date wrong, they are rushing us out because its all about getting the tenent signed up and then acting like they dont exist. On top of everything they don't even have a key to the property. We are thankful this will be the last time we ever rent. Consider other options if you expect your rental company to care about your experience.

Experiencia positiva: I appreciate these guys for giving us a chance when we had literally nothing to work with. My family has been better off with a home in a great neighborhoid. We have definitely not been the best tenants but they have been patient with us all along .

Experiencia negativa: Would not recommend anyone to use this agency as a property manager. They are worthless. Nelson Tubbs continuously told me my house was in immaculate condition only to find it in the opposite condition. Attention to detail/rental agreements aren’t their forte.

Experiencia negativa: After Mr. Tubbs stopped managing, his daughter took over everything and it went downhill. Expect them to rush you to sign and then customer service is non-existent. They will never call you back. The owner is so full of herself that she won't let you talk and she will interrupt and talk down in a heartbeat. Always an attitude for no reason. No matter what you do or say, your ability to ask questions is irrelevant. Takes months for them to do any repairs. Took 4 weeks of no shows appointments from them to get them to show up for a final out inspection and that is when you get the cleaning checklist. They sit on security deposits past the 30 days. I paid my bills early every month, made improvements on the house, and went years between contacting them and they prove constantly that regardless of how good you are as a tenant, they want to get you to sign the lease and do nothing but get their paycheck. Some of there employees are good, but their boss restricts them from doing a lot. Good luck if you want to do business with them.
