Experiencia negativa: Both my wife and I have called the office to ask about some property they have listed.When I called I was told nobody knew the price except someone that wasn't even in the office! When my wife called she was told that it was against the law for the woman on the phone to tell her anything! How this place stays in business is a mystery to me! I would suggest everyone avoid this confused realtor!

Experiencia negativa: Rachel was the most unprofessional, unhelpful, and disrespectful individual I’ve worked with regarding housing. She neglected communication as she did not directly respond to me or my phone calls, but would only respond with delayed emails. Ultimately, none of our consistent issues were resolved by her. We offered a lot of grace, but the situation became unacceptable. I’d be shocked if she warned the next couple about the mess they were getting themselves into with the terrible property. We got to see the real side of her customer service after the fact and that’s when the mask came off. Hopefully, this helps to change her approach, or at least saves someone the same awful experience we had.

The other two never replied to my voicemail but Rachel had an associate reach out to me the next day. Gary jumped right in, an honest and straightforward buyer's agent-slash-tour guide. Picking service professionals out of the yellow pages can be dicey, but in this case I hit the jackpot for local realtors.

Experiencia negativa: I called the office to set up a time to look at a house. Lady told me a agent would contact me shortly. That was 7 days ago. I ask for a appraisal on the website 2 weeks ago. Got a reply from Rachel Case that they received my message within an hour. Haven't heard from them since.

She helped me buy my house years ago and made the process so easy that I knew I'd call her when it was time to sell. Now, as expected, the selling experience was smooth and effortless. She is quick to respond to any questions I had and gave me informative answers and helped guide me where needed. And even though she is in high demand, she dedicates time to make it feel like you are her most important client. Can't recommend highly enough, six out of five stars.

Experiencia negativa: I am very disappointed in the state of my home. Busted pipes last year or the year before, shoddy flooring rework, my toilet makes you feel like you're on a roller coaster, my child has to have a lamp in her room because the ceiling fan light doesn't work. And yes, bulbs have been changed. The house was just made pretty on the outside but internally, it's shot. We live on Harris in. I appreciate Rachel trying to work with us but her unresponsiveness just makes life harder for my little family and I. Don't rent from this company, if you can help it.
