Experiencia negativa: Very unresponsive and not very professional. Worked with Augusto in a buyers' agent capacity while he was representing both the seller and buyer in a transaction. Augusto slowed the process down immensely. He frequently would promise a response on one day ("I'll get back to you tomorrow") and then would not contact my wife and I for multiple days, until we contacted him again for followup and details. This song-and-dance happened maybe 3 times within the ~ 3 weeks we were working with him. His work is also highly sloppy. When he would draft offers for us, there would frequently be major errors in the contract that required us to catch them and ask him to correct the errors (wrong property address, wrong amounts, etc.). This made the process take even more time, as we would have to wait for him to see the message and missed calls from us, to then correct his mistake and provide us with an offer that is sound. If at all possible, avoid working with him.
