Experiencia negativa: Wasted my time, no communication.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. At MIG Real Estate, we strive to provide clear communication and a smooth experience for everyone we work with, and we understand how frustrating a lack of follow-up can be. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will use the feedback to continue improving our processes moving forward.
Experiencia negativa: Horrible customer service and very disrespectful. At several points they lied and when I called them out about it and asked for an apology they told me “break your lease and move out if that’s how you feel”. They have a big reputation of saying they will do one thing and never follow through with their actions. They will try to gaslight you and make it seem like you’re the problem. If you live somewhere and MIG manages it good luck and keep all ya evidence together you are going to need it!

Experiencia negativa: They are liars!! When you put in a maintenance request it takes them a couple of days to get someone out there!! Beware if you see mig on rental property websites!! I DON'T have enough space for everything else I have to say!!

Experiencia negativa: Me and my roommate applied with MIG to rent the 3rd floor on the 191 New York ave, Newark and we got approved. We asked Katie couple days before we planned signing the lease if we could add a 3rd person on the contract, she said yes, all 3 adults will be on the lease, we also made sure to talk about it with Katie on the phone to confirm we could add a 3rd person on the leasing. We set up with our current landlord to give the keys back, since we were moving the next day to the apartment in Newark. We had everything set up to sign the contract with Antony and we where so happy about it. Couple hours before we sign the lease I received a call from Antony saying that I couldn't add a 3rd person on the contract, since I applied for 2 people. He said he contacted the landlord about it and he denied my application. All this one day before I had everything ready to move in. This is absolutely irresponsive and unprofessional, we have no place to go since we gave back the keys from our old house. Antony blamed me from what occurred and didn't even said sorry or tried to help us in any other way. I'm really really disappointed on how they treat humans beings at this place is.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how stressful and frustrating this situation must have been, especially with your move already planned. At MIG Real Estate, we strive to provide clear communication throughout the leasing process, and we regret that there was confusion regarding the lease terms and occupancy approval. While final approval decisions ultimately depend on ownership requirements and application details, we understand your disappointment with how the situation unfolded. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving our communication and leasing procedures moving forward.
