We live an hour away from the property we were selling. So a lot of the things that go into selling a home would be incredibly inconvenient and we’d have to take a lot of time off of work. This was unnecessary because Rosie handled it for us. Rosie and her team handled the listing and sale, inspection, house repairs/updates and some furniture removal. She made sure we made it to the finish line as quickly as possible and as a result we were able to close early. But it’s not only about what Rosie did for us but it was also about how she did it. She has such a positive and wonderful attitude which made this whole process easier. At the end of the day, I can’t thank her enough. I also can’t recommend her enough.
