Her reputation as an honest, highly experienced, and very knowledgeable agent was know all the way in AZ! After a phone conversation with her, when she asked about our family and what was important for us to find in a home in Cedar Rapids, we felt very confident that she would be fantastic to work with! We came to Cedar Rapids to house hunt for just a few days. Debra set up showings for the houses that were top of our list and met our “must haves”. As we went through the showings, she reminded us that she would be able to show us a house the following day, one day before it officially hit the market and she believed this house hit all our “must haves” and plenty of our “likes” as well.
