Experiencia fantástica: A recent unpleasant interaction when my current agent in Utah presented an offer (with 40% down) to seller's agent can be most charitably be described as unprofessional reminded me of 3 things: * Ray's professionalism is unmatched. * Ray's knowledge and skill are unmatched. * How remiss I have been in not getting this review out around the time of my last sale (closed last September). I have concluded 8 real estate transactions in California in the last 5 years: * 3 with Ray Millman in LA County * 2 with another realtor in Lassen County * 3 with another realtor in Shasta County The last transaction proved to be difficult as the LA market rapidly weakened. Had I put my house on the market 3 months earlier, it would have sold very quickly. My mom needed to sell her condo, but her condo needed rehabilitation. Through the Concierge Program at Compass Realty, my mom didn’t need to front any money for painting, flooring, plumbing repairs, etc. Through the Concierge Program, my mom took out a loan with Notable Finance. The loan had reasonable terms, and it was paid through the sale of the condo. Thomas McMahan, part of the Millman Team, found good contractors to rehabilitate my mom’s condo. They did good work, provided reasonable pricing, and they were very responsible. Thomas also showed the buyers how to operate the dishwasher and the HVAC thermostat. Ray also found a good photographer. My mom and I thought that the pictures of the condo, that eventually ended up on the MLS Listing, were very well done. Ray, along with Thomas, kept us updated. They would map out what would be occurring during the next few weeks. Thomas also wrote emails explaining the next DocuSign document that would be coming and how to complete it. Overall, I cannot say enough about the Millman Team because his team definitely took away a lot of the stress by taking really good care of my mom.

He communicated via text pretty much daily, email as appropriate and phone call when additional information had to be transmitted. Selling the family home was a very emotional and stressful situation for my father-in-law and wife, but due to the circumstances, we did not have any other choice. However, I was hesitant about getting my home on the market because I was bit overwhelmed by the process having never sold a home before. Thankfully my brother recommended the Millman Team to me. Because we had recently purchased a home in the state of Washington, we knew that we needed a real professional to handle the sale & escrow. Over the years he always let us know how the market was doing & kept us informed about recent sales & neighborhood news. A few years back, he assisted us with some title questions that we had concerning my, recently deceased, mother-in-law’s home. He has always been so very helpful.
