Experiencia fantástica: I met George in 2021 during a crazy period when homes were selling fast. He represented a listing down the street from our home and my wife and I popped in (nosey neighbors). He was very cordial and eager to answer any questions we had about the home. I felt bad when I told him we weren’t actually buyers at that time and lived just down the street. I did say that we may need the services of a real estate agent in the future. George kept in touch with me over the years, just checking in about every six months. Most of the time I would answer his calls, talk about life and trends in the marketplace. Sometimes I did just let it go to voicemail since we weren’t ready to sell yet. But, he did keep in regular contact with us over the past five years. At the beginning of 2026 when George gave me one of his friendly check-in calls, I told him we were ready to move. We discussed our situation and what we were planning. When we set out to find our new home, we looked in a few different cities outside of LA. If I even had the slightest interest in a home, George immediately picked up the phone and called the agent representing the property to figure out if this was something we should consider and get more details about the house. He would let us know the price point the sellers were seeking and any other insider information he could dig up. It wasn’t an email or a text message. This guy picks up the phone and does the work to make the calls and build a rapport. Finally, we came across the house that would eventually be our new home. My wife and I looked at it during its first open house weekend. We reported back to George and again, George, was on the phone as soon as possible calling the listing agent and feeling out the situation. He came back to us and laid out where he thought we needed to be to get the ball rolling. That Monday, we submitted an offer. They accepted it the next day and the process began. Meanwhile, George also had our current home on his plate which needed to be sold fairly quickly after we moved out. He was talking to people amongst his professional circles, in his office and wherever else he thought would be beneficial. While we were in the process of packing and moving, a few of his connections brought over some clients to see our place. A few weeks later, we moved out. We did some quick refreshes of a couple items and we were ready to go to market. Just before we were about to sign a staging contract, one of the parties who previously viewed our home made us an offer at the price we were seeking and with an accelerated escrow timeline. What a relief to know that basically a week after moving out, we already had escrow opened for the sale and we didn’t need to compromise on any point. This smooth transition is attributable to the hard work and diligence of George. While this all might be considered just a day’s work for him, we felt he went above and beyond what we would expect a real estate agent to do. The fact that he made calls, kept pushing our home for sale early on in the process and had a comprehensive plan made this whole process almost entirely stress-free for us. The only things I was concerned about were packing and figuring out life in a new locale. Although I have several friends who are in the real estate business, I wanted to work with George because I felt completely at ease and comfortable with his expertise and insight as to how to best navigate the current market. To be honest, at this point, it’s going to feel a little strange not to be speaking to George nearly every other day or as frequently. But, through this process we not only found a great professional in real estate, but someone we consider a good friend. There is no question that if a real estate need or question comes up, the first person we are going to contact is George. We will certainly refer him to any of our friends or family members as well. We appreciate his hard work and diligence on our behalf.

We found The Miller Group through a friend and the first time they came to our home, we immediately knew we’d found the right realtor.
