Experiencia fantástica: The Medford team was truly a "dream team" to work with. I specifically worked with Natasha as my realtor and Cathy as the interior designer for renovations. They handled EVERYTHING for me, which was important because I live out of state. They took the time to understand what my expectations were from the renovations and sale of the house. They allowed me to take my time and I never felt rushed into anything. I officially decided it was time to start renovations in February '24. Cathy was a powerhouse and managed all of the renovations. She was also able to get them for an AMAZING deal. Once renovations finished up, the team made the house a home with the most beautiful staging and photography. The house was listed within the timeline we had discussed and Natasha executed the sale of the house like the pro that she is. Natasha worked tirelessly to achieve an impressive amount of foot traffic at our weekend-long open house. We ended up receiving more offers than I had anticipated. Natasha used her negotiating skills to lock in a sale price that was substantially over our listing price and way beyond what we thought we could get for our home. We ended up closing escrow and had the money in our account before the end of May '24. That means we did a full house renovation, went on market, closed escrow, and had the money in our account in just 3 months! I couldn't be more please with Natasha, Cathy, and the Medford team.
