Girish was very meticulous in his analysis, measured in his recommendations and realitic in explaining the competition. These qualities made him a very dependable in our buying journey. A few things to note: 1. Girish does a lot a market analysis. He will share the same. I found this extremely helpful to gauge the current trends and arrive at a competitive price. 2. Girish always consults and recommends. He will not decide. He never pushed us to a decision. Like a doctor, he would explain the different options and let us make the final call. This included details like setting the final price and adding/opting out of contingencies. 3. Girish provides a lot of information. For example, I did not know about the local rules around spark arrestors for chimneys or "Mellow-Roos" tax law and so on. I felt this was a great educational opportunity for me.
