While we weren't serious buyers at the time, we ended up submitting offers on two units with Glen and had a great experience throughout. Instead of detailing every event, I'd like to highlight the key reasons we enjoyed working with Glen and also recommend him as a realtor for future clients. Glen was exceptionally welcoming and easy to work with. He arranged showings for us on the same day, even though we were new customers he'd never met, and it was late on a Saturday evening. Glen provided us with lender options and took the time to discuss our thoughts on all three, offering guidance that helped us feel comfortable with our choices based on our needs. Glen's communication skills are impressive. He responded to emails and messages very promptly. One notable example was when we sent an email about a new listing we spotted late after Thanksgiving dinner. Glen replied early the following morning (around 4am-5am), and not only had he responded, but he also arranged for us to view the property that same day, before an open house that weekend. This allowed us to submit an offer before the open house, which put us in a very favorable position with the seller. We never had difficulty submitting an offer with Glen. If we had concerns about the price, we'd discuss it with Glen, formulate a plan based on everyone's perspective, and then put in the offer. We never felt judged for the offers we made or lacked a solid plan of action if it was rejected or countered. Glen was always enthusiastic about putting in an offer on our behalf and never made it seem otherwise, even though we knew it required a lot of work for him and his team. Everything with Glen after our offer was accepted continued to be a great experience. We never felt abandoned; he was with us through every signing, every follow-up question, and I'd even say he has remained a friend beyond the point of sale. He made an effort to get to know us, connect with us, and not only make the whole process enjoyable but also ensure we didn't feel any regrets or uncertainties. He was always thoughtful, professional, and positive If you're in search of a realtor who is responsive, works with you on submitting offers without any hassle, and makes you smile, I would highly recommend choosing Glen Riggs as your realtor. We toured several homes, and Glen sent me listings of additional home based on my preferences, before I made my first and only offer, which was accepted. Glen was like a personal concierge; friendly, responsive, and professional, answering questions and explaining what I wasn't familiar with. As is likely the case with most homeowners (or buyers), the sale or purchase of a home is something you do very infrequently. In our case, we lived in our home for 21 years. It is critical the process be handled properly, since you don’t have the opportunity to ask for a “do-over”.
