In 2020, the building we lived in sold and we decided to find a home to buy. Luke was super helpful during this search, and once we realized we wanted to hold off for the time being, he found us an amazing place to rent that met all of our needs and was a huge upgrade to our living situation and quality of life. We called on Luke again this past month when we once again found ourselves in a similar situation, and he helped us secure and close on our new home. He was there every step of the way and helped us navigate many difficult and tricky situations with insurance, contractors, and every left field thing that came our way. I could not recommend a better person in your corner, especially in the crazy market that is New Orleans.

Not worth the extra commission points. Response: Godwyn Realty, ERA Powered : I totally disagree and there were never 30 showings. If you include the open house attend by 24 people as reported by your staff. There were two additional showings after that. And your staff and their analysis set the price. The square footage price for condition was market standard. All the best to y’all too.

Always available to answer the silliest of questions I may have had, he made the process of buying from out of state so painless and easy. From spending 2 whole days showing me around Nola to learn the neighborhoods when I visited before buying, to always giving me advice in my best interests, and never trying to sell me on the wrong property. Above and beyond at every stage - video tours of houses of interest, inspections, getting me quotes for work on properties, filling in my limited local knowledge on neighborhoods, and always negotiating the best deal for me.
