We had to repair the home following inspection and her years of expertise and local contacts were key to us pulling off the sale. *Advice: hire an agent with a long track record and years of experience like her. I have experience others who weren't and it makes a world of difference. Unless you are an amateur lawyer, don't try to do a 'for sale by owner', as I tried to do once and almost got burned badly doing so. You still likely need a lawyer to review the finished documents and that is never cheap either! You won't regret hiring her!

Out of the 3 appraisals, Tangie's came in the highest (up to $15k higher). Eventually, we managed to get the house listed at the original price that Tangie had proposed. The fact that we got multiple viewings and an offer at the list price on the first weekend that the house was listed (in the midst of Covid-19 pandemic) was a testimony of Tangie's exceptional knowledge of local real estate market. The quick sale gave us a peace of mind, having to juggle between work, selling, and purchasing a new house. Tangie also offered sound advice on how to make the house more presentable to buyers, providing inputs on what types of enhancements will generate good return on investment. Lastly, we feel that Tangie is a genuine person with great personality and sense of integrity. Despite the Covid-19 situation affecting the real estate industry, she prioritizes societal good, becoming early adopter of requirements around wearing protective gears such as masks and gloves, and creating viewing schedules that minimize exposures to reduce the spread of the virus, even though the move may not be popular amongst home-buyers. I think that is what sets her apart from many other realtors in the business.
