Why is it taking so many different forms of contact to get this thing out of my front yard? You don’t get to use my residence as some ineffective form of marketing. Get it off of my property. So unprofessional.

Experiencia negativa: Was in contract on on of their listing. They had house listed as natural gas. It was in fact electric. I specifically wanted natural gas. The inspection cost was $555 that was absolutely wasted because there wouldn’t not have been a deal in the first place if it was listed correctly from the start. Laughton team she be responsible for this charge do to false advertising on listing.

From the very first phone call, Audra was so helpful and easy to talk to. She started right away with setting us up with a lender and taking us to see houses. She was available 24/7 to answer our questions. If we saw a house we liked online, she would take us that same day to check it out. She worked around our busy schedules with no hesitation. I cannot say enough good things about how perfect and fun Audra made this process for us. I would 110% recommend her to family and friends.

An "investor" made a cash offer that had to go through a bank?, and delayed the funds being transferred by a couple of days, they rushed her out of the property. The property was closed on and relisted for 60,000 dollars more in a five day period with no upgrades done including vacuuming and general cleaning, by Jonalynn. My mom is now having medical issues because of how upset she is. I cannot believe a broker and a real estate agent would do this to someone. Beware

Experiencia negativa: We had originally listed our home through the Laughton Team and were very early on bothered by our agent, Ashlee Castro. From the start, Ashlee failed to communicate with us in regard to the photographer stoping by unannounced (which caused a delay in listing as we had to postpone photos), to ignoring our questions in regard to our listing, and providing any relevant information after showings. On multiple occasions throughout our 30 day listing through the Laughton Team, we were left without any professional insight on our home listing despite our frequent attempts to communicate with Ashlee. Instead, we only ever received weekly automated emails with very little information as to how our listing was doing. Not only this, but out of the two whole viewings our property received over an entire month, Ashlee was completely unaware of one of them, further demonstrating her lack of focus on selling our property. Overall, Ashlee Castro and the Laughton Team wasted a month of our time on the market. Although we were aware of the market slowdown listing our home during a holiday season, we firmly believe that many other real estate companies could have provided better results than we received through the Laughton Team. Since hiring on our new realtors, we can confidentiality assure you that there are much more competent and communicative professionals in the business. Overall, any company that would hire on people with such a low standard for customer service in a business like real estate, such as Ashlee Castro, is not a business I would advise you put your trust into.

She made my mother stress and it was really well known all she cared about was the money not the relationship between her and the client. All she cared about was her personal buisness " cross fit" as she always answered her phone pertaining to that buisness. never did she visit my mother but one time to sign documents. i've had my fair share with realtor and she's isn't a very good one. she belittles people and that's how she gets by

Experiencia negativa: The Laughton Team bought the house next door to me to flip it. They did some landscaping and encroached on my property on Altadena Avenue in Scottsdale. I spoke with the general contractor and he said he would take care of it. Nothing was resolved so I called Nelson Corella he said they would send a crew that weekend it was over a month ago no results. So they had an open house and I spoke with Kevin Green who has built his career on honesty, integrity and hard work also told me it would be taken care of about 2 weeks ago has done nothing. So if you're interested in this home on 8826 E. Altadena Avenue in Scottsdale beware there is a border dispute. I was concerned because I don't want an issue with someone who buys this house. I've informed 3 people walking around the house interested in the property about the dispute. I also sent the company an e-mail through this website and not even a response. Only got the auto response from Christy Meek. I would hope that anyone purchasing this home would have this disclosed to them.

Most people are positive when they get the service they deserve, but I can say for a fact that they did not stand by me and in fact attempted and failed at providing "legal advice" to me through a letter when things went wrong. Turns out I knew more than them through a google search. The person I worked with was Brittany Celaya. I called the company to complain and upon being promise to be contacted by the owner I put this review on hold, it's been a while since then. AVOID!
