I had an offer on New Year’s Eve. It was for asking price! Celeste knew exactly what to do to get the house looking good and I followed her advice. Experiencia fantástica: Above and beyond the all expectations. Moving from out of state to AZ, we believe we got extremely lucking in finding Jeff and Celeste McIvor as realtors. After a Zoom meeting introduction, they IMMEDIATELY began sending us homes to review. If we liked a property, they would go out and make their own walk-thru videos for us....(I am a bit embarrassed when I think of how many videos they did) Once we found a home, they gave us recommendations for different contractors when we asked for them (and these folks were also AMAZING). These were for inspection services, landscapers, handyman, carpet people, painting contractors, HVAC...everything. Jeff and Celeste displayed amazing professionalism all while demonstrating extreme patience with us. They also were in constant contact with us as well as our realtor in WA to get status reports on our home sale. She was very judgmental and had the nerve to laugh when she lifted up my outdoor grill to see that one of my "lovely"neighbors had put dog poo in it! How is that funny?! We came our once with just my husband the had houses lined up thar we would liked to look at and as well they showed a few more. Came out one more time to look at a few properties again with our two boys. I think we looked at two homes it's very much of a blur at this point moving two kids a parrot a cat stay in in airbnbs tell our house closed in Washington to be able to close here in Arizona. We found our home the second trip put a offer in that day went to go have prime rib at Rustlers and highly recommended the food. The owners accepted the offer while there and the fun of moving began. I will say that Celeste and Jeff were great through the whole process. They even had a really cute welcoming gift to our new house Beach towels Meyers cleaning suds and ladies you know ice tea pitcher.
