In looking into it, it seems that one of them was from an agent that used to be at the company and left disgruntled. Additionally, it seems this agent got her friends to also give false 1 star reviews - all part of a coordinated vindictive attack. When looking at reviews on this company be sure to read all the MANY positive reviews and don't consider those from people who have not even done business with the company.

I enrolled in real estate school back in February (which by the way the classes were AMAZING, teacher was great) but it just did not balance out the experience I just had. I went to pay my tuition fee which was $450 the new girl rang me up (glasses, brown hair) she didn't know what she was doing, which is fine I get it Shes new. So Margret/Melinda I don't remember her name was on a smoke break, once she came back in she gave some half ass instructions to the new girl on how to charge me. She ended up charging me double the amount. So I call in the next day (Saturday) and asked about what happened. Went down there to try and get everything fixed, a really cool girl working the front desk near the windows was trying to helped me out, very honest/straight forward/and all in all helpful and respectful. She told me id have to come back Monday morning to pick up a check for the error amount. Come Monday I drive an hour to pick up my check and I get greeted by the girl who made the double charge. She asked what I was here for and I said to get money. She said oh yeah THEY double charged you. #1. Own up to your mistake and apologize don't pretend like you don't remember you're the one who did my transaction. (With any retail/reception job ect, you need to know and remember your customer and apologize if you did something wrong) I just carried on with asking if I could get the check, she said Malinda/Matilda (the head receptionist) was on her smoke break... yet again! So I wait, the head girl walks in and says "uhhh I made a direct deposit this morning to your account." I asked why they didn't think to call me and let me know so I didn't have to waste an hour to drive down. She said I didn't have your phone number. Clearly there's a file of my record on your computer let alone the papers right behind you will all my info. (Do your job and track down my phone number, by turning a page) It was quite silent and she just stood there with a (man this chick is crazy) kind of look. No apologies or anything. Your staff needs to be trained better at communicating with their customers, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had, its very stressful to have money like that taken out of your account as well as having to drive down a number of times to fix YOUR mistake when the drive is around an hour. Make sure when you're training these girls you train them on how to engage with customers the proper way.

Experiencia negativa: My wife is renting a building from Keller Williams Trinity Team located at this address. There has been a huge hole in the roof and it is covered with mold now. They keep blaming the owner of the building but they are the ones that she has signed a lease with. This building is located in Lafayette. She has requested this leak be fixed for several years. This is a health hazard because of the mold and the constant wet concrete floor. I would use caution buying a building from them if that is how they keep their properties. We have no choice but to hire a lawyer to break the lease.
