Experiencia fantástica: Moving across many state lines, selling a house and then buying a house, consecutively, is no small task. We’d done it before and we were blessed to have two great realtors. Fortunately this time, we were equally blessed. Our local selling agent referred us to Tiana. After our first call with her we were 100% ready to fly to CO and meet her. A few weeks later, we were sitting with her having coffee. She gave us a tour of some neighborhoods and we were sure of two things: we were moving to CO and Tiana would represent us as buyers. She listened to our extensive and particular wish lists and she began emailing us properties to review. After only a few emails back to her with our comments she had honed into exactly what we wanted. We thought we had the luxury of time but our house sold after only 3 days on the market. While we panicked Tiana simply put together a hit list and my wife flew out. They spent an entire day touring houses and we actually had two perfect matches (and a bunch of others that could have worked). We settled into our final choice, Tiana submitted our offer, and we got it. She even coordinated with our local agent so that we closed on our purchase in CO shortly after we closed on our sale. She continued to go above-and-beyond helping us arrange cleaning and service on our purchase, and the list of her above-and-beyond goes on. She found us the EXACT house we wanted, and in a great neighborhood. This is no easy task with such a tight timeline and long wish list.
