What I'm telling you is, if you want top dollar for your East Bay home, AND you want a low-stress experience while you're getting it, with a team that puts your experience as the homeowner first, then these ladies are. your. jam. SuperHubs and I had a long back and forth about selling our Oakland home. Like, a LONG back and forth – for five years. Then COVID arrived, our offices closed for what looked like eternity, and we came to instantaneous, harmonious agreement that IT WAS TIME (I guess we just needed a good ol' shot in the arm of "potential apocalypse" to take the plunge – dunno). It was May 2020 when we started interviewing realtors, and we knew the decision to sell in the middle of a pandemic when the market had just basically come off a cold freeze came with a lot of risk, but we both *also* strongly believe that chaos is a ladder. We'd hatched a plan for our next phase of life, and we had to sell THEN. We just needed to work with the right team for us to feel good about it all. And after the first call with Jess and Alissa, I knew I had found them. They were very informative on how we should proceed with doing the best job to sell the house. They knew the area inside and out and knew exactly what needed to be done to make the sale go smoothly.
