I initially reached out to a local VFW and asked “Do you know any good agents and lenders who work with the VA loan?”, they immediately replied “DRAKE SCOTT!”. I came to learn he’s a top tier realtor in the area and a very influential leadership figure in the veteran community. From first contact with Drake I knew I was dealing with a dedicated professional hell-bent on finding my family an amazing home. We speak the same Jarhead language, so narrowing down properties and understanding what my family’s needs were was easy. I never served alongside Drake, but without a doubt I know he was a solid Marine solely on seeing the level of discipline and professionalism he operated with while ruthlessly hunting down our home. We are moving from out of state and Drake has always been flexible in scheduling virtual walkthroughs and was responsive at any hour. I will be recommending Drake and his team to my peers pursuing purchasing property in Illinois and will reach out to him for giving classes to servicemembers on the VA loan and how to optimize it. Regardless of if you are a servicemember or not, Drake and his team will be phenomenal to work with.

Experiencia fantástica: At first we were not a fan of this company. We had Drake Scott. He showed us one house and the house was so horrible. I didn’t even finish looking at the house. I could tell Drake was not a fan of my honesty and acted like we wasted his time as it was a Saturday. I sent him houses I wanted to look at and didn’t hear anything. We finally heard from him and was to look at another house with him. The day of he let me know he was sick and was having Jennifer Modglin to show us the house. I was happy to get to see the house but expected him to pick up when he was well and show us houses. But that didn’t happen. However I sent Jennifer the houses I wanted to see. Some of which were disasters. She did not seem to mind my honesty. If we didn’t like it we moved on to the next. We spent 2 months shopping for houses. Jennifer was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! If she saw problems with a house we didn’t see she pointed them all out. She really looked out for us and made sure we got a good solid house that we wanted. She was super responsive and never wasted any time getting us appointments to look at houses. If I ever sell my house and buy another one. I will be contacting Jennifer!
