The agent Hilda Conrad, advertised an open house on Zillow, but never responded to messages and did not provide the access code for the gated community. After driving two hours to attend, there was no real open house setup and no one answered the door. This is misleading marketing and a complete waste of people’s time. The agent claims to work with Dalton Wade Real Estate, and this type of behavior reflects very poorly on the company’s reputation. I would not recommend working with this agent.
