Experiencia negativa: Beware! Mr. Ryan Shaffer requested to see my property. I explained to him the property was occupied and due to the weather some repairs still needed to be completed, but the home was for sale. He was in a rush to schedule a visit that was not exactly convenient for me. However, I accommodated his request. After a showing, I always try to get feedback about what improvements, likes or dislikes the realtor and his clients had regarding the visit. However, I discovered something ghastly about this individual. Initially, I thought he was a kind person. I even thanked him and his clients for visiting. However, after his visit I found out about his true nature. Mr. Shaffer asked to use the bathroom in my home. Unfortunately, he refused to use the guest bathroom and walked back to my personal bathroom and left his clients unattended in my home. After his visit, I opened my medicine cabinet and he had been in my personals. I was shocked and in disbelief. He had tampered with my medicine cabinet and went through my personals. I attempted to contact him about his visit and even customer concerns and he never returned my calls. I left him several messages about concerns on the property and about his actions. He refused to return any of my calls. He is a slippery individual. I was so disappointed in his actions and behavior. His tactics are shady and unprofessional. He no longer has to worry about business calls from me. I would be careful hiring this individual, allowing him on your property or utilizing his services for business.
