They made the entire process smooth, calm and comfortable. They got the sellers to drop the price by about 14%, bought down our interest rate, a home warranty, & got us money back at closing! All with smiles on their faces, great attitudes and good news in their back pocket. What more can I say? They helped us to get Home. They're family now, invited to dinner. Experiencia negativa: Completely unresponsive and a real waste of time. Trying to contact this "realtor" about anything is like pulling teeth. He may reply once but after that he doesn't reply at all. I wish anyone luck who has to deal with this person.

Experiencia negativa: I never thought I’d be writing a review like this, especially since I haven’t actually worked with Dustin or his team, but here we are. Somehow, I ended up on their “VIP list” (I use that term loosely) despite not searching for a home. How did they get my number? I asked. They didn’t know. Cool. No big deal, right? So, one fine morning, after answering one of many calls in the same day, I politely asked to be removed from their list because, you know, being in a different time zone means I was getting calls and texts at 5AM. The response? “No problem, we’ll update the records.” Sweet relief! Except… the next day, at 7:38AM, I get a text asking “When’s a good time to connect?” Really? I’m not even searching for a home! I let them know (again), and they promised (again) to update their records, but then also asked if I’d bought a home yet. Guys… we talked about this yesterday! I was done at this point. Or so I thought. Fast forward to today. 5:01AM. The birds aren’t even up, but guess who is? Dustin’s team! Another call and text, bright and early, asking how my (non-existent) home search is going. I mean, at this point, I’m starting to think they’re more invested in my home search than I ever was. I wasn’t going to leave a bad review the first time, because, hey, things happen, right? But after the third “we’ll update our records” moment, I feel like I have to. I get the hustle, I really do, but come on, guys—get it together and stop harassing people who have to repeatedly ask to be removed from your list. Here’s hoping the third time’s a charm!

Even though he was listing agent we were still pushed aside, lost this property due to a combination of incompetence and ignorance.

Experiencia positiva: Dustin was responsive when I asked him questions about a rental property my son lived in. In Dustin's defense, the property was acquired by him during my son's lease so there were discrepancies as to which lease was being followed in regard to move out dates. I would have preferred a detailed bill for cleaning fees but the lease did state the carpets would be professionally cleaned. Make sure you read your lease carefully and be aware of what you are being charged for.
