Experiencia fantástica: I came down here on my own from the Midwest during the winter time not even knowing what I wanted. Tara put my fears to rest and we ended up seeing over 30 houses one day … not that I recommend that! I only had a short amount of time to look and find the house that was going to be perfect for me. Tara was relentless in helping me find and determine what I did not want, in addition to what my budget and my desires could accommodate. When I really liked an area or a house, Tara gave me her honest truth and opinion on how much it would be for upkeep, taxes, and unforeseen problems that I would not have seen. Mind you she wasn’t telling me I shouldn’t buy it. She was just putting all the cards out there and allowing me to make my decision. Her honesty is really what drove me to her and her team. Another plus about Tara is she deals in all different budgets. I found some realtors that would only work with a $500 k budget plus. Some realtors were very snooty and condescending. With Tara, you feel like she’s your next-door neighbor that you grew up with or your sister. Throughout the process, I really got to know Tara and her team. They are downright genuine people that just want to do their best to make you happy in your situation. Even though she had a lot going on that day, she put my needs before her families’ because she knew I had a short window. Not once did I ever felt pressured by her, nor did I feel like she was just trying to buddy up to me to make a sale. By the time I decided what house was going to be best for me, I knew that I had found a friend in Tara. She kept in touch with me always checking to see what I needed from her. She explained everything in detail so that I could understand what was happening. Tara knows quite a few contractors also and seemed to know everybody in town. So if your house needs some TLC, Tara knows somebody that can help you and give you plenty of bids. Tara even arranged for my yard to be mowed before I could get down here. Tara works well with a wonderful guy named Corey Riggs, a whiz at financial lending, who was awesome in getting me a rate that I could afford! Both Corey and Tara kept me from making some horrible mistakes that I would not have seen coming. Don’t even think about hiring anybody else! Tara and her team treat you like family and bend over backwards to make sure that you are over the moon with your purchase. If I could give them 1000 stars , I would.

Needless to say, we had a lot on our plate and there were lots of moving parts in our multiple real estate transactions. Because we were handling the purchase of the NC commercial property from out of state, it was extremely important that we find someone knowledgeable of the vacation rental market, as well as the real estate market for property values. We needed someone who would promptly respond to our inquiries and understand our specific needs. We quickly found a home that suited our price point and needs, and Danielle was quick to view the property for us and help us with the negotiations... all over the phone and accommodating our timezone differences. Danielle was wonderful to work with. Because we were out of state, Danielle did so many above and beyond things for us... recommending contractors for work, stopping by the house to meet inspectors, etc. We did have items come up in the home inspection that needed addressing and Danielle handled the negotiations of the purchase price quickly and efficiently. We found Danielle to be extremely trustworthy and knowledgeable, and she made us feel very comfortable with both our real estate purchase, and with the prospect of receiving the rental income we want.
