He daily communicated with us, beginning with a weekly market update of comparable homes. The first walk through of our home was to identify things we needed to change in order to provide what typical buyers want in a home. We saved a ton of money with their advice on how to stage the home. The team produced fabulous pictures of our home (key to attracting buyers) and an amazing video of walking through each room of our home. After each showing, we had feedback from potential buyers. Travis was so positive, and honest. He guided us through the negotiation process. We got the price we wanted on the home in less time than what was typical for our area. We didn't realize how important it is to find a great realty team until we worked with Travis. He was a coach, mentor, cheerleader, counselor and friend. When we first met with Travis about selling our home, he sent us a listing booklet that provided a lot of really good info and told us what to expect. He gave great advice on preparing our house for sale and was always available for questions. Danette's photos made our house look great for the listing. And Travis provided knowledge, experience and confidence during a very stressful time when our closing had to be rescheduled a few times due to a problematic buyer. He even negotiated amendments to the purchase agreement to compensate us for the inconvenience and delay. After selling our house, we got more serious about finding our new home and Kendra (and sometimes Abby or Travis) showed us countless houses in a dozen different cities. She was always available for showings with little notice. She was patient with us as we found we weren't interested in house after house after house and always encouraged us to hold out for the house that was right for us. She really got to know us and what we were looking for and would find potential houses for us that didn't show up in our typical searches. We eventually found the house that was just right for us and now we're going to miss seeing Kendra one to several times each week. Also, during the whole process of selling and buying, Crystal would regularly send us updates and info, always at just the right time.
