After 2 or 3 conversations/showings, he was able to help me identify/find the perfect home (energy efficient, minimal updates required, large lot, good neighborhood) within my budget. Throughout the entire process, Anthony made himself available nearly 24/7 for any questions or concerns I had. After 3 years of residing in the home I merely completed simple cosmetic updates. Due to work relocation, I needed to sell my home. Anthony was able to sell my home within 4 hrs. after listing it on the market. I was able to sell for 25 K above listed/original purchase price. Anthony did not ask for additional compensation in return.
