Our house is one difficult to sell. She made sure every single time, to go around the neighborhood to advertise it, put it on Facebook and several other media outlets several days before the open house. She also made sure to indicate the open house schedule several days prior to the date in front of the house on the "For Sale" post. And the day of the open houses took care of the house, managing both the many visitors and our feline friends that could not be corralled in an enclosure and had to be left roaming free.
