Experiencia negativa: I used Amanda Haden for our first time buying experience and I can say I am not satisfied at all. Judy stepped in at the last min to help before closing and from what I encountered she was great, thorough, on top of everything, and helpful. Amanda on the other hand was not. I was constantly reaching out to the sales person for the house and sending emails, things she should have done. We trusted her to do the final walk through on our home given we were still in another state and if I trusted that walk we would have been screwed. She missed so much and we were stuck accepting a home that was not up to par because of it. She left for vacation without giving me the contact of anyone else in her company to contact knowing we were closing while she was gone, she never walked the fence of the property, no one knew the house had no sod, there was no follow up after the blue tape walk to make sure all things were fixed. I trusted that as a realtor she knew what she was looking for and would be more detail oriented than us but I was wrong. We were supposed to arrive to a beautiful new home but instead arrived to a disaster.
