Selling a home is stressful and you want someone that is optomistic and that you feel is really representing you as the seller.. We interviewed other realtors and when Tom and Eva sat in our home and talked to us my husband and I knew they were perfect to sell our home. They were so attentive to what we wanted and they wanted to help us make it happen! We wanted to list it quickly and they had an awesome photographer come out a couple of days later over memorial weekend. Their communication with us was what every seller wants throughout the entire process. When we got a list of repair requests, Tom immediately sent me a list of repairman. I really wanted all the repairs done that week. When I was not sure the one guy would be able to make it out to the home in time, he followed up with them to make sure we could accomplish our goal, and we did! Our impression of Tom and Eva is that they are very professional and really instill confidence in you. They are easy going and just the sweetest couple. They were there for us at every step of the way. Going well beyond what was required or even expected. From helping with a few minor repairs, to taking the trash out for us since our move required us to leave a few weeks before closing. The morning my house hit the market, I had a showing, with an offer that afternoon. That was followed by multiple offers for the next 5 days after. We tried to sell our house twice before with two separate realtors. The first one was great but we had to back out for personal reasons. Fast forward a few years and we were ready to sell again.
