Experiencia negativa: I purchased a home recently and Foothill City Realty was over the property. Sandro, was extremely lazy and hard to deal with. He was extremely unprofessional and slow with paperwork and responses. He provided us with incorrect Disclosures, never returned my realtor’s calls. Someone else had to take over for him in order for us to close on time and I still haven’t received the keys to the property. I’m reporting him to the state board because he deserves it. Absolutely Disgusting and despicable. I think he’s a racist. You replied and said that I did not work with you and I did. I’m not using my original email and how could you know who I am without attempting to verify. Proof, that you’re lazy and unprofessional. I still haven’t received my keys and I closed escrow on 04/22/22

Me and my wife had no clue how to buy a house or the process and they took care of us they helped us every step of the way and they didn't try to take advantage of us knowing we had no clue about buying a home. They got us the best lender and the best deal with a great 3.6 interestrate rate on our new home. They really fight for you to get you what you want and what I really like is that they aren't pushy when it comes to choosing your dream home. I told them what i was looking for and they made it happen with in 3 months. They're great with working around your schedule. After closing we got more money back than expected which came down to about only $1,000 out of pocket including appraisal, home inspection, and closing cost. They show you great homes and if you have your own they roll with it. This 2 are great and they definitely won't waste your time. I would give them 10 stars if u could. After a few days of search I kept noticing Foothill Realty with more then 20, 5 Star reviews! How is that even possible?!
