Experiencia negativa: BEWARE of this property management group. They will install bad tenants, and not monitor the property leading to significant damages. Then will claim no fault, Read the contract carefully. They will not conduct inspections as part of their fiduciary duties, and say they did, which constitutes Fraud. They will not notify you, of anything out of compliance, and you will believe everything is Ok, because rent is coming in. But in the end your rents will be wiped out by repairs. These people are so unprofessional it’s laughable. David Friedman is the king of this racket. His License isn’t even under his name. BEWARE

Experiencia fantástica: I’m a property owner in San Bernardino and I’m looking for a property manager in the area. For me all property management is local, so I contacted 12 property management companies in the immediate San Bernardino area. Only two made a second call back (both these companies provided a copy of their management agreement and lease agreement for tenants that I requested). One of these companies Realicore Real Estate Group took the time to meet with me and explained their services. I sat down and talked to David Friedman (the broker) and I was impressed with his knowledge and his approach to protecting my property. To date I haven’t decided whether I am going to turnover my properties anyone but if and when I do (I am retired and getting older), I believe that Realicore is not only reasonably priced but provides a better service at a lower price than other local companies that I have vetted (and one that I have used and one I am currently using). I firmly believe that if I have been properly protected using Realicore’s Lease Contract (CAR Form) I would not be looking for a new management company (or for a new tenant). David went out of his way to meet me late one afternoon so I could tour a place I was very interested in before someone else could snatch it up. When I chose my place, Lydia was careful to walk through the place with me and note some small repairs that needed to be made. They’ve been prompt and courteous and accommodating, and I really like the company. They’ve checked in with me several times just to ask how I’m settling in. Even the guys who do repairs and lawn care for them have been efficient, respectful of my space, and affable. I hope Realicore is around for a while, because they were by far the easiest company to work with when I moved to Riverside.
