Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been trying to think where to start because in every step during my home buying process Danny and Eric have made it so smooth and easy for me. We went around to see many houses and they were always available, even if they had to switch around things, they made sure my feasibility and schedule always came first. They replied back asap and I always felt like a priority with them. They always ended every conversation with “my pleasure” when I would thank them for their excellent service. We went through hoops and stepping stones in some places but Eric and Danny held our hands through it all (from if it was to call contractors to see what a certain quote would be to arranging legal advice.) At the end of everything, during our final walk through we came to see the AC unit not working properly. Where my lawyer lacked to try to get me escrow and being first time home buyers, I had no clue about much of anything. Eric and Danny had to fight to get me escrow and took it upon themselves to make sure everything was handled properly and that I got what I deserved. Even after our closing, they would call and text me to see if everything was going well. They were eager to help with any small situation and advise me through it all. They have become my go to guys and I consider them the BEST in the real estate business because they treat their clients like family. I recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated as a priority.
