Experiencia fantástica: To our kindest and strongly devoted realtor Melina Bradley Melina was referred to us by our former realtor who stated that she will be a great person to handle our real estate transactions and she was correct. Melina found an investment condo for us in New Jersey, where she devotedly worked with the mortgage company from California who was giving her the run around along with dealing with tenants residing at the property. Luckily, she stuck it out and we were able to close on the property on April 2022. On July 2023, we reached out again since we decided to sell the the same condo to reinvest in another property in Hawaii as a 1031 exchange. Melina was able to find a cash buyer but had the hurdle of needing to deliver a vacant unit, which she was able to overcome later on after working closely with the tenants and even assisted them in checking out their potential new home. On top of that, she also promptly corresponded with the agent in Hawaii and with the 1031 company, and made sure that we are always on the loop on all the communications and transactions. There was also a point where we were looking for a property in California and she referred us to another agent, who works locally in the area, which shows Melina's ability to listen and help her clients outside her scope. Melina's actions and compassion for all involved made us feel so comfortable to work with her, as she always made herself available to her client. We loved working with someone who was always there looking out for our own and others involved to achieve what is required. We had lived there for over 20 years, but knew we were ready to down-size. Once listed, Kandis kept us informed of what to expect and how to prepare for the showing our home. As most know, selling a home can be a very stressful time, but Kandis made the process move smoothly. Her professional manner and marketing skills allowed us to sell our home in 5 days. She then went through each offer with us, discussing the individual pros and cons. After raising 4 children, now adults, in our home of 21 years, the amount of “stuff” seemed like we would never get through it. We know that the help we received in organizing and staging in advance of very professional photographs was the key to getting us our asking price on day one of the first and only open house at a time when interest rates were climbing and availability of homes was declining. On top of all that, we had no clue where we wanted to move to. Within one month, she helped us find our next home. Along the way we worked with Ryan a few times when Melina was unavailable and he was the nicest person. I was in the process of selling my home and it was immediately clear that she wanted to ensure that I had a place to move to after the sale.
