Experiencia negativa: Do not hire! Dragging their feet for a $1,000 credit. They did not disclose that there was a fire hazard issue in the house I am purchasing even though there is clear evidence that they knew about it. I would never buy a house listed with these real estate agents! (I will not call them realtors!) They are very unprofessional and are liars! If I could give zero stars, I would as they do not deserve even one star. Closing now is 3 days overdue, and I will not be able to to close for another two plus weeks due to their misrepresentation and blatant disregard of professional conduct! The reply to this review is inaccurate. My review stands. The same real estate agent sold the house to the seller and knew about the fire hazards and chose NOT to disclose them.

I live about an hour away and I had no connections in the area so I asked a friend of mine to recommend a realtor for the sale of the home. This mother daughter team is terrific. I cannot say enough about the work they put into selling my mom‘s home. They helped me dispose of her furniture. They took gorgeous pictures of the property, I did virtually nothing but sign the closing papers. Everything from gate to wire was taken care of by them. They were beyond responsive in terms of letting me know where we were in the process. Very good at communicating with me when I had questions. The house was put on the market on Thursday and sold by Friday at full asking, I cannot say enough about how grateful I was to have their help. I highly recommend them.

They have been so consistently respected in the community that we also looked to them as our selling agents in 2025 when we were ready to move on. They can walk you through it all, including those unexpected obstacles that always come up. The rest of your “team” (attorneys, stagers, photographers, etc) will all work seamlessly with Michelle and Karen. You can even get great recommendations from them if you don’t already have a “team” assembled. They’ll keep you moving forward, and work to get you the best deal on both the sale or purchase end. Karen always made herself available anytime to answer any and all of my questions and concerns. Karen also helped us with our movers and other contractors if needed. Karen does not end her job at the closing table she will be always available to help if you need it. We were very lucky to have Karen represent us and in doing so we now have a new friend. I only wish we could give Karen 10 stars because 5 stars is not a high enough for what Karen does for her clients.
