Experiencia fantástica: This review has been due for a while. I met Michelle nearly a year ago through a random Google search, and I am grateful I did! I was in a hurry to sell my house because I was moving for business, and I had several house projects I was currently working on. I was working with several contractors trying to get all the projects done, and the projected costs ranged from $3-4k. I reached out to Michelle, and she told me to "Calm down" and then got me in contact with contractors she worked with locally. In the end, I spent less than $1k on the projects, and everything came out better than I expected. As for selling my house, we both expected it to take 2-3 months to happen, but she did it in 1.5 and got me an offer well over the asking price! Naturally, there were some issues with the house upon inspection, but Michelle did all the bargaining and got us to a more than reasonable agreement. Before I met Michelle and her team, it felt like every deadline was falling on top of me at the expense of my wallet; after I met her, all I had to do was ask, and she would deliver. We were renting a house in South San Francisco & thought that if we go further out, we might be able to afford a mortgage instead of paying rent. Michelle showed us at least 3 homes the day we first met her. I remember her saying at the time that Solano County is "the last of the Mojicans" as far as affordability and a good place to raise a family. Michelle was very patient and knowledgeable during a challenging purchase of a foreclosure immediately after the market turned around. When I was ready to sell the house at the end of 2018, reaching out to Michelle again was my only call. She handled everything else and made the process seem effortless. She also represented the buyer. While most realtors would make me nervous to represent both buyer and seller, Michelle represented both of us with integrity, professionalism, and the same high standards I experienced in 2012. I am currently buying a house over 150 miles away with a different realtor. My experience is drastically different from Michelle Perez. My current realtor needs me to verbally repeat everything I just sent in an email, flakes on appointments, and at this point I’m contacting the sellers realtor to get information.
