Robbin was my main contact throughout the process of selling my properties, and I could sense that the whole team was backing her/us. Overall, it was a great experience. Robbin has been great at telling me the truth I did not necessarily want to hear, but needed to hear. Her ability to help me see things clearly has made the process of selling much easier than it would otherwise have been. And Robbin was able to get the job done. Both properties sold in a short period of time for a price I was happy with. The process was relatively stress-free due to her help. I am happy to recommend Robbin and the whole Star One team. I will use them again on my next sale or purchase.

Experiencia fantástica: When I went to put our house on the market my mom suggested Missy cause she sold her house within one day of listing it. So I called Missy and she came to our house and I instantly liked her. She was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. She had all the information ready to show me that I needed to know to list our home. She walked through the house with me and explained to me everything that I needed to do before I could list. We had a very unique situation and Missy hung in there, she was a real trooper. My ex husband talked to her pretty bad one point, cause he wasn’t happy with our situation(which it wasn’t her fault), but she held her composure. She stayed with us and got our problem house sold regardless, when I didn’t think it was gonna be possible. Thank you Missy for hanging in there and going above and beyond when anyone else would’ve walked away. Experiencia negativa: Horrible. Don’t deal with this business. Once they get you locked in a contract to sell, they do what they want. Not what you want done. I now have wrecked credit because of this place. Hopefully my attorney and the NAR can straighten this out

Then we I started looking there was not much on the market and I was getting anxious that I wouldn't find something in time for the end of my current lease. I went to see it, made an offer and had it accepted within hours of the house being on the market. Experiencia fantástica: This a fantastic realtor group with a very knowledgeable staff. If you are buying or selling in the West Chester area specifically, you should ask for Nancy Robbins. I used her to purchase a condo in 2011 and just used her again to sell in Nov. 2018. Nancy was excellent on both ends and did very well to estimate home sale value. Not only that she had great recommendations on the small updates that will assist with quick sale and possibly increase the sale price. In either case, we listed and within 24 hrs had accepted a cash offer. Understandably, there are more factors than the listing agent in getting an offer, but Nancy continued to go to bat for me with the buyers agent during the inspection period, as well as working with contractors to get work done quickly and at the right price. All around amazing experience and highly recommended.
