My wife and I received listings matching our expressed wishes daily, at almost the instant they were posted. Experiencia negativa: Spencer Ferrell attempted to extort me even as a Keller Williams Community Partners seller for an extra 1%, $2,350 commission to allow a signed buyer/seller contract to go through. The broker, Don Dobbs, admitted the wrongdoing but refused to get involved and did nothing about it except give me the agency owner's phone number. I reached out to the owner of the agency, Ryan Riddell. After just informing Ryan of the extortion attempt, he became irate at me for calling him at the number Don Dobbs gave me to call him.

Experiencia fantástica: If you are considering selling your house, I 100% recommend contacting Spencer Ferrell. He knows everything you need to know about putting your house on the market. He gave us so much insight on things that would turn buyers away, the best time of the year to list your house, etc. Not to mention his photographer is AMAZING. Lastly, we were absolutely blown away at the time, effort, and dedication Spencer put into our listing to make sure we got top dollar. A week before listing, he put our house on Zillow and Facebook as a “COMING TO THE MARKET” post to give potential buyers time to schedule a viewing. Needless to say, hundreds of people saw that post and roughly 15 people viewed our house in the first 2 days it hit the market. We accepted an offer the 3rd day for 8% over listing price. If we ever decide to move again, I will definitely be contacting Spencer.
