We began working with her in 2022 very casually without certainty that we were truly ready to buy but had seen a house or 2 that had interested us. We found a house but needed to sell ours first. Sable got our house listed as soon as she was able (once we got it ready) and did everything in her power to get people into our house! With quite a few showings and an open house hosted by Sable, we hadn’t gotten and offer and then we unexpectedly had to pull our house off the market quickly due to a job loss. We decided then that we KNEW we wanted to make a move but this allowed us to be sure we found the right home for our family. Sable worked with us through it all and truly means it when she says she won’t get tired of showing you homes. We asked her to see SO many houses and even when she likely knew that it wasn’t something we were going to be interested in, she was always more than happy to take us. This truly helped us determine exactly what features and layouts we wanted in our new house and decide what we weren’t willing to sacrifice on. After solidifying a job, and finding another house we were interested in, Sable quickly had our house listed again! When all was said and done, we ended up with a full price offer on our house AND Sable got us under contract while ROCK CLIMBING out of the state.
