Experiencia fantástica: Steve was an absolute savior with our move. We were selling and buying at the same time, and I don’t know if it could’ve gone any smoother. His counsel on what to price our home in order for it to move resulted us in getting a full price offer in less than two weeks. While that was awesome, there was some stress with that because we hadn’t found a house to move into yet. He helped us negotiate a longer closing with the buyers to buy us some time to search, and then he was nonstop in helping us find the right home. We found a home, put an offer in, and then got an inspection that didn’t fit what we were looking for. Once again, he counseled us on all of our options. Ultimately, we decided to walk away, but the clock was still ticking. Steve’s rapid work to get us showings at several other homes helped us find another one that fit our needs. We once again were able to secure an inspection rapidly by using one of his contacts and this one was more favorable. Using his knowledge about the market and what would be a fair ask, we were able to negotiate all of our wants based on that inspection and ultimately closed so we could do a day and day out move pretty seamlessly. The latter portion of this occurred while Steve was on vacation, but we didn’t lose any points of contact with him, which really speaks to the type of person he is. We truly felt cared for through the entire process and I couldn’t imagine how many nightmares could’ve popped up if we went with anyone else. We are forever indebted to Steve for all he did. He made us feel so comfortable in a pretty uncomfortable time.
