Experiencia negativa: if i could give a zero i would. would not recommend to anybody. hands down the worst service ive ever encountered. ive reached out over and over again to get an answer maybe 1 out of 12 messages over a span of months. zero communication skills. doesn’t answer email, phone calls. nothing. oh! and the best part is we were asked to move in, in april but couldnt due to our lease. so the offer was to move into the rental may 1st. thats 13 days away and they stopped answering completely leaving us high and dry. i cannot exaggerate this enough- do NOT waste your time.

Experiencia fantástica: I chose to go with the Level Up Real Estate team and Hart Summeier due to his data-driven approach to marketing and the market. On Hart's initial consultation, he recommended several items to address, freshen up some areas of the property, and increase the appeal, which I took onboard and quickly got to work on. Once we were good to go, he scheduled the photographer, which they were great. From there we had a few open houses and some private scheduled tours. I work from home, so this could have been a big challenge, but all in all, it wasn't a huge imposition or too distracting and time-consuming. Hart is a straight non-nonsense realtor with excellent communication skills, and his approach to updating you is, that you will hear from him if he has an offer or something important to discuss, which took me a little to get used to, because I like to be more involved, knowing all the details, side comments from potential buyer realtors, and I'm used to regular touch points. However, in the end, I came to appreciate Hart's style and realized he didn't want to burden me with any potential anxiety or distress. Getting down to an offer and negotiating, Hart handled some interesting and tough conversations, dealing with some unique buyer's realtors. Hart was resourceful, providing recommendations for service professionals, and gave great advice throughout the whole process and is not a high-pressure type of realtor. Go slow to go fast is the best way to sum up my overall experience. Excellent service and market knowledge, professional, engaging, and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend working with the Level Up Real Estate team and Hart Summeier.

Tried to get a meeting with a higher up and they declined because we didn’t give them a reason for the meeting over text because we’d rather talk about what we need to in person! What company wants to talk over text?? Also won’t let us out of our contract with our current realtor for god knows why. We just went through a horrible thing with losing our baby and aren’t looking for a house anymore and they can’t even be decent enough to let us out of our contract. Awful company. Very unsatisfied.
